The tender concerns the preparation of multi-discipline design and cost-estimate documentation for the extension and reconstruction of the indoor swimming pool in the PCE building in Kętrzyn, including changing and sanitary facilities and site development. The contractor must deliver a full design package in paper and electronic PDF form, including site development design, architectural and construction design, technical and branch designs, utility network design, investor’s cost estimate, technical specifications and any additional studies, approvals, expert opinions and opinions needed for the project. The contract lasts 300 days. Price and shortening the documentation delivery time are the award criteria. The bidder must show at least 2 similar design services from the last 3 years and provide at least 1 person with construction design qualifications.
