Renovation of vacant residential premises: part 1: Wilcza 26A flat 22 (ADK-2), part 2: Mokotowska 65 flat 33 (ADK-2)

Summary

The tender concerns renovation works for vacant residential flats in two parts: Wilcza 26A flat 22 and Mokotowska 65 flat 33 in Warsaw. The works include general construction, sanitary and electrical tasks such as demolition, plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, pipe and fixture installation, electrical wiring and final electrical measurements. Bids may be submitted for one or both parts. The award criterion is price only.
