Extension of the school building in Strzelin with a lift

Summary

The contract concerns construction works for the extension of Primary School No. 5 in Strzelin with a lift. The contractor must carry out the building works needed to install the lift, supply, install and commission the lift, complete finishing and restoration works, replace the access surfaces to the lift and ensure safe, functional access. The contract period is 2 months. The award criteria are price (60 points) and warranty and guarantee period (40 points). Bidders must submit offers electronically, in Polish, and meet the participation conditions, including experience with at least one lift construction project worth at least PLN 130,000 gross and a qualified construction works manager.
