Development of green and blue infrastructure in the centre of Skała – market square revitalisation project

Summary

The contract covers design and construction works for the revitalisation of the market square in Skała as a design-and-build project. The contractor must prepare design documentation and carry out the construction works, including green planting, rainwater retention solutions, small architecture and related site works. The tender is not divided into lots. The award criteria are price and an extended warranty period. The bidder must meet experience and staffing requirements, submit the required declarations and evidence, provide a bid security of PLN 31,500, and later a performance bond of 5% of the gross offer price.
