Reconstruction, extension and superstructure of the attic of part of the Grybów Municipal Office building to create a civil defence storage facility – Stage II

Summary

The tender concerns design-and-build works for the reconstruction, extension and superstructure of part of the attic of the Grybów Municipal Office building in order to create a civil defence storage facility, stage II. The contractor must prepare the design documentation, carry out the construction works and complete the as-built documentation and approvals needed for use of the facility. The contract lasts 170 days. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish, and the bidder must provide the required declarations, references, personnel list, bid security of PLN 30,000 and performance security. The award criteria are price and the warranty/guarantee period.
