Construction of a warehouse for civil defence needs

Summary

The contract concerns design and build works for a warehouse intended to store materials and equipment for the municipality’s crisis-response logistics and civil defence needs. The contractor must prepare the design documentation, obtain the necessary approvals and permits, carry out the construction works, and secure the occupancy permit or completion notice if required. Participation requires bid security, civil liability insurance of at least PLN 1,000,000, experience in at least two similar building construction or extension works worth at least PLN 500,000 each, and a qualified design and site management team. The only award criteria are price and extended warranty period.
