Wooden floor renovation at the BCU in a design-and-build formula

Summary

The tender concerns design-and-build renovation of a wooden floor in the BCU building in Nysa. The contractor must prepare the design documentation, technical and workshop documentation, carry out preparatory works, demolish part of the existing floor and build a new wooden floor over the full area covered by the project. The work must be organised so that teaching can continue on the ground floor without disruption, with compliance with health and safety rules, waste management obligations and a financial and work schedule adapted to the school year.
