Development of a pocket park at Betonowa Street in Czeladź and a biodiversity centre in Czeladź at Staszica Street

Summary

This is a two-part construction contract for the design and execution of landscaping and site development works in Czeladź. Part A covers the development of a pocket park at Betonowa Street, including green restoration, pedestrian paths, small architecture, plantings and park lighting. Part B covers the area around the Przetok-Wylewy pond, including earthworks, wooden walkways, mineral-surface paths, small architecture, new greenery and park lighting. The contractor must also obtain the necessary occupancy permit and/or completion notice acceptance if required. Offers may be submitted for both parts. The award criteria are price and the quality guarantee/warranty period.
