Żory eMieszkanie – Innovative Housing Platform co-financed by European Funds for Silesia 2021–2027 (European Regional Development Fund)

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and implementation of the Żory eMieszkanie housing platform and related IT goods and services in three parts: part 1 covers the eMieszkanie system with e-services, communication, CMS, KMS, chatbot, analytics and open data; part 2 covers a server; part 3 covers AIO computers, office software and UPS units. The contract is to be performed within 120 days for parts 1 and 2, and within 12 months for part 3. Bidders must submit offers electronically. For parts 2 and 3, product evidence documents are required; for part 1, bid security of PLN 9,000 is required. Award criteria are price plus service/support period and service response time for part 1, and price plus warranty period for parts 2 and 3.
