Modernisation of the east wing building for the administration of the Lewków Museum

Summary

The tender concerns construction and conservation works for the modernisation of the east wing of the Lewków Museum complex into office and administrative premises. The contractor must carry out renovation, structural repair, installation and finishing works while preserving the historic character of the monument and coordinating the works with the heritage conservator. The contract is for one lot only. Main participation requirements include no exclusion grounds, relevant experience on a listed monument building worth at least PLN 2,000,000 gross, qualified site managers, bid security of PLN 36,000, civil liability insurance of at least PLN 1,000,000, and contract performance security of 5% of the gross offer price.
