Construction of the OLiOC warehouse

Summary

This is a design-and-build works contract for the construction of the OLiOC warehouse on plots 24 and 4/1 in Borne. The contractor must prepare the design, obtain the necessary permits and approvals, carry out the construction and installation works, provide author’s supervision, prepare as-built documentation and deliver the documents needed to start use. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish. The award criteria are price (60%) and warranty period (40%), with a minimum warranty of 36 months. The deadline for completion is 15 December 2026.
