Training services for the Safe Patient project

Summary

The tender concerns the organisation and delivery of training services for the Office of the Patient Ombudsman under the Safe Patient project, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus 2021–2027. The contract is divided into 8 lots covering topics such as plain language in administration, family and guardianship law, data analysis and statistics, first aid and direct coercive measures, social consultations and ethics, detention of children and young people, public administration control, and non-discriminatory behaviour. The contractor must deliver several training editions per lot, prepare the training programme and materials, run pre-tests and post-tests, collect attendance and evaluation forms, issue certificates, and provide reports. For some lots the contractor must also provide trainers with specific experience and, for the data analysis lot, computers with Windows and Office 365.
