Land development around the Church Pond in Zwierzyniec

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for developing the area around the Church Pond in Zwierzyniec. The works include rebuilding viewing platforms, modernising footbridges and walkways, building a new footbridge over the Świerszcz watercourse, installing small urban furniture, laying granite paving, installing lighting, maintaining greenery and preparing as-built documentation. The contract lasts 12 months. The price and the length of the quality warranty are the award criteria. A bid security of PLN 40,000 is required, and the bidder must also provide performance security. The bidder must show relevant experience and provide a qualified construction, road and electrical management team.
