New cultural space – modernisation of the second floor of the Bieszczady House of Culture

Summary

The tender concerns construction and renovation works at the Bieszczady House of Culture in Lesko, including roof repairs and insulation, chimney repairs, gutters and downpipes, lightning protection, snow guards, air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, electrical works, acoustic improvements, flooring, doors, painting, wall finishes, curtains, suspended ceilings, mirrors, ballet bars and sound system installation. The contract is to be completed within 90 days. The award criteria are price (80%) and the quality warranty and defects liability period (20%).
