Mobile telephony services

Summary

The contract concerns mobile telephony services for the contracting authority, including voice calls, SMS, bulk SMS, MMS and data transmission, as well as roaming, voicemail and blocking of special numbers. The contract runs for 36 months from 1 December 2026, or until the net contract value is exhausted, whichever comes first. The award criterion is price only. To participate, the bidder must be registered as a telecommunications operator and show experience of at least two similar mobile telecommunications services for at least 1,000 subscriber numbers each, lasting at least 24 months.
