Construction of a warehouse for civil protection and civil defence

Summary

The tender concerns a design-and-build contract for the construction of a warehouse for civil protection and civil defence in Ustroń. The contractor must prepare the full design documentation, obtain the building permit in the name of the contracting authority, carry out the construction works for a steel warehouse hall with fire-resistant sandwich panels, equip the facility, and complete the works by 30 November 2026. The bid is for the whole contract only, no variants or lots are allowed. Award criteria are price and the warranty/defects-liability period. The bidder must meet experience and site-manager qualification requirements, provide the required declarations and documents, maintain third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 2,000,000, and employ direct construction workers under employment contracts.
