Modernisation of the roof covering, point skylights and flat roof structure for thermal insulation of the OR KRUS building in Wrocław

Summary

This is a construction works contract for modernising the roof covering and point skylights and rebuilding the flat roof structure of the OR KRUS building in Wrocław to meet current thermal insulation requirements. The work must be completed within 90 days. The bid is submitted electronically, only in Polish. The award criteria are price (60%) and warranty period (40%). The bidder must have civil liability insurance of at least PLN 500,000 and at least one similar completed roof repair or modernisation project worth at least PLN 500,000 in the last 5 years, plus the required declarations and supporting documents.
