Repair and modernisation of basement rooms in Primary School No. 3 in Wągrowiec to adapt the existing infrastructure for MDS use

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for the repair and modernisation of basement rooms in Primary School No. 3 in Wągrowiec so that the existing infrastructure can be adapted for use as a temporary shelter for about 290 people. The contractor must carry out demolition, finishing, sanitary, electrical, low-voltage, ventilation and air-conditioning works, supply and install equipment and furnishings, provide at least 60 months of warranty, prepare as-built documentation and obtain the documents needed for use of the facility. The bidder must submit the tender electronically, provide bid security of PLN 15,000, and meet the required technical and professional capacity conditions, including named site and works managers.
