Modernisation of Kindergarten No. 11 in the area of floors and sanitary facilities, Bukowa 29 – second procedure

Summary

The contract concerns design documentation and renovation works at Kindergarten No. 11 in Tychy, Bukowa 29. The works include demolition and installation of floor and wall finishes, replacement of water and sewage connections, sanitary fixtures, bathroom doors, ventilation grilles, internal partitions and new doors, as well as painting and related preparatory and finishing works. The contractor must also prepare as-built documentation, dispose of removed materials and clean up the site. The bid security is PLN 4,000, performance security is required, and the bidder must meet experience and staffing requirements.
