Wall sealing works for the historic Austeria inn building in Sławków – II procedure

Summary

The contract concerns renovation works on the walls of the historic Austeria inn building at Rynek 2 in Sławków, involving removal of the old sealing material and replacement and completion of the inter-beam insulation over a total of 1,600 linear metres. The building will remain in use during the works, so the contractor must organise the site so that the restaurant and event activity can continue as far as possible. The contractor must also coordinate with parallel electrical works, protect the building from weather conditions, provide a 24-month warranty and employ workers performing the construction tasks under an employment relationship.
