Summary

This is a design-and-build construction contract for creating a Gait Laboratory within the project to expand and renovate the Developmental Neurology and Epileptology Clinic, with partial renovation of the Neurosurgery Clinic. The contractor must prepare design documentation, obtain the necessary opinions and approvals, carry out construction and installation works, and adapt the existing hospital premises and circulation areas on level -1 for installation and commissioning of the gait laboratory equipment, which is procured separately. The works will take place in an operating hospital, so the contractor must organise the works so as not to disrupt hospital operations. The bid is evaluated on price only. The bidder must meet experience requirements and provide key personnel: a construction manager, an electrical works manager and a sanitary works manager with the required qualifications and experience.
