Construction of a storage building for crisis management purposes at the Milejewo Commune Office

Summary

The contract concerns construction works for a free-standing storage building for crisis management purposes in Milejewo. The works include a single-storey masonry building with a hipped roof, steel roofing, gravity roof ventilation, thermal insulation, steel joinery, two up-and-over gates, steel entrance doors, and electrical installation with external connection, lighting, sockets, lightning protection and distribution board connection. The contractor must submit bids electronically in Polish. The award criteria are price (60%) and warranty (40%). The bidder must have civil liability insurance of at least PLN 200,000, at least one similar building construction reference worth at least PLN 130,000 gross from the last 5 years, and a Site Manager with the required construction licence and 3 years of experience. Joint bidders must meet the joint-bid rules and appoint a representative.
