Energy transformation of residential buildings to reduce low emissions in the Dobromierz Commune

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for the energy transformation and thermal modernisation of three residential buildings in the Dobromierz Commune, including facade insulation, replacement of windows and entrance doors, roof/ceiling insulation, ventilation installation, drainage and rainwater works. The contract is divided into 3 lots. Bidders must submit tenders electronically, in Polish, and provide a bid security: PLN 20,000 for lot 1, PLN 9,000 for lot 2 and PLN 7,000 for lot 3. The award criteria are price (60%) and warranty period (40%).
