Summary

This is a works contract for improving the energy efficiency of the building of the Tax Administration Chamber in Kielce, which houses the Tax Office in Sandomierz. The scope includes construction works, insulation, joinery, façade works, electrical installations, lighting and signalling systems, cabling, water and sewage installations, and heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installations. The contract lasts 12 months. The award criterion is price only. The bidder must submit the tender electronically, provide a bid security of PLN 30,000, and meet the technical and professional capacity requirements, including reference experience and qualified staff.
