Reconstruction of the municipal road in Pawłowo Góry

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for the reconstruction of a municipal road in Pawłowo Góry. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers section km 0+000 to km 0+300 and Lot 2 covers the stage II section km 0+300 to km 0+970. The bidder may submit an offer for one lot, both lots or all lots. The award criteria are price and quality guarantee period. For Lot 1 the performance period is 40 calendar days; for Lot 2 it is 85 calendar days. A bid security is required: PLN 2,500 for Lot 1 and PLN 5,500 for Lot 2. The winning bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross price for the relevant lot and, before contract signature, evidence of the road works manager’s qualifications.
