Summary

The contract concerns renovation and modernization works in school rooms used by psychologists and pedagogues in several primary schools in Kędzierzyn-Koźle. The works include painting, repairs, acoustic doors and partitions, flooring, windows, radiators, lighting, air conditioning, electrical and telecommunication installations, blinds and related finishing works. The bidder must organize the works so that the schools can remain in use during performance, provide third-party liability insurance of PLN 250,000 by the handover date, and employ workers on employment contracts for electrical and construction works. The award criterion is price only.
