Improvement of the appearance of the teaching building of the Technical Schools Complex in Mikołów

Summary

The tender concerns construction works to modernise and renovate the facade of the school building of the Technical Schools Complex in Mikołów, including replacement and maintenance of sheet metal flashings and other mounted elements. The works cover stage 1 only: renovation of the front (southern) facade, part of the eastern and western facades, and a small fragment of the northern facade. The contract is for 100 days and the only award criterion is price. To participate, the bidder must have the required technical and professional capacity, including one completed facade-related construction contract worth at least PLN 400,000 gross and at least one site manager with the required construction licence.
