Summary

The tender concerns the first stage of thermal modernisation works for a mixed-use residential building in Gliwice. The works include roof repair and insulation, insulation of the attic and basement ceilings, lightning protection, central heating works with removal of old solid-fuel heating devices, reconstruction and extension of the internal gas installation, creation of bathroom rooms and renovation works in flats 1, 2 and 4, reconstruction and extension of the internal water and sewer installation, chimney works, and electrical modernisation in flats 1, 2 and 4. The contract lasts 5 months. The only award criteria are price (90%) and warranty and guarantee period (10%).
