The contract concerns catering services for children from the preschool unit and pupils in grades I–VIII of Primary School No. 2 in Pieńsk for the period 14 September 2026 to 23 June 2027. The contractor must prepare and deliver meals on weekdays, mainly lunches, and must provide its own food transport, disposable packaging and collection of containers and food waste. The offer is evaluated on price, meal quality, experience in educational institutions and the declared contractual penalty for non-delivery of a meal. The bidder must be entered in the relevant food register, have civil liability insurance of at least PLN 100,000, show experience with at least 2 catering services worth at least PLN 100,000 gross in total, and have at least 1 dietitian plus a suitable food transport vehicle.
