Thermal modernisation of public utility buildings in Krzanowice Commune – OSP building in Bojanów with village community hall – second procedure

Summary

The tender concerns thermal modernisation works for the public utility building of the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Bojanów with a village community hall, including replacement of the heat source. The contractor must carry out construction, insulation, roofing, joinery, electrical, ventilation, plumbing and sewage works, prepare as-built documentation, an ex post energy audit and an energy performance certificate after modernisation, and provide the necessary equipment and commissioning. The contract is for 3 months from signing. The bidder must submit the bid electronically, in Polish, with bid security of PLN 7,000, and must meet insurance, experience and staffing requirements.
