Organisation of training, mentoring and meetings with provision of training rooms and catering services under the project "Innovation Ecosystem Agricultural Valley 4.0"

Summary

This is a services tender split into 2 parts. Part I covers rental of training rooms together with catering for meetings and trainings under the project "Innovation Ecosystem Agricultural Valley 4.0". Part II covers delivery of trainings and mentoring on the use of artificial intelligence in business processes. The bidder may submit an offer for one or both parts. The contract runs until 31 December 2026 for Part I and for 5 months for Part II. The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish via the e-Zamówienia platform by 18 August 2026, 10:00. Price is the main award criterion in both parts; Part I also includes a social-clause criterion, and Part II includes criteria based on the experience of the trainer and mentor. The bidder must meet the experience requirements for the relevant part and provide the required declarations and supporting documents. For Part II, the bidder must name the trainer and mentor/consultant and prove their experience. For Part I, the bidder must have experience in organising comparable events with venue and catering.
