Access to a legal information system

Summary

The contract concerns the supply of access to a legal information system after 30 September 2026, together with territorially unlimited licences for use of the system. The contracting authority currently uses two legal information systems and wants access to two different, complementary tools, not two variants of the same system. The tender is a delivery contract for 12 months, with a possible one-time extension of up to 6 additional months. Bids must be submitted electronically via the eZamawiający platform. The award criteria are price, renewal price and the update time of the legal acts database. The notice also requires a self-declaration on exclusion grounds and several bid documents, including a description of the offered system.
