Thermal modernisation of the building of Kindergarten No. 2 at 1 Maja 54 – Part 1

Summary

The contract concerns construction works for the thermal modernisation of Kindergarten No. 2 at 1 Maja 54. The works include insulation of external walls, roofs and floors, replacement of windows and external doors, installation of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, a heat substation, domestic hot water and heating installations, replacement of internal electrical installation and lighting, a 11.16 kWp photovoltaic installation, and a new lightning protection system.
