Service support for the Macrologic ERP (Xpertis) integrated information management system implemented at IOŚ-PIB

Summary

The tender concerns 18 months of service support for the Macrologic ERP (Xpertis) integrated information management system used by the Institute of Environmental Protection – National Research Institute. The contract covers maintenance, updates, hotline support, SLA response and repair times, and up to 72 service hours per year for system adjustments. The only award criterion is price. The bidder must submit the required declarations and, if requested, prove relevant experience and a team of at least 3 service specialists with the required module knowledge.
