Summary

The tender concerns demolition of an existing garage building with adjacent shelters and construction of a civil defence warehouse in a design-and-build model. The contractor must prepare the full design documentation, obtain the required approvals, opinions, administrative decisions and building permit or make an effective construction notice, carry out demolition works, build a single-storey warehouse with technical infrastructure, connections, relocation of conflicting utilities, site development, hardstanding and finishing and installation works. The bid is evaluated on price and warranty/guarantee. The bidder must meet experience requirements, have a construction manager and a designer with the required licences, submit the Article 125(1) declaration, provide a PLN 5,000 bid bond and performance security, and follow the rules for joint bidders if applicable.
