Reconstruction of the premises of the Civil Registry Office in Nowa Sól

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for the reconstruction of the premises of the Civil Registry Office in the municipal office building in Nowa Sól. The works include demolition, partition wall changes, door openings, new drywall walls, internal stairs, vinyl flooring, plastering, painting and finishing of suspended ceiling sections. The contract is not divided into lots. The price is the only award criterion. The bidder must submit the offer electronically, provide a bid security of PLN 3,000, and meet the experience requirement of two similar internal building works worth at least PLN 200,000 net each in the last 5 years. A site manager with the required construction qualifications is also required.
