Revitalisation of the site area, including renovation of the manor house and reconstruction and extension of the paved surfaces

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for the comprehensive modernisation and revitalisation of the historic Rudelius Manor building in Nowe Kramsko together with development of the surrounding area. The works include insulation of foundation walls, façade and roof repairs, chimney repairs, replacement of sheet-metal flashings and gutters, replacement of windows and doors, a perimeter strip around the building, stormwater drainage connections, entrance stairs and landing repairs, and refurbishment of two ground-floor rooms. The contract is for 8 months and is awarded under the open basic procedure. The bid evaluation is based on price and warranty period. The bidder must meet experience, key-person, insurance, bid security and performance security requirements.
