Construction of a sauna area in the water park in Ełk

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for a sauna area in the expanded water park in Ełk. The contractor must carry out room reconstruction, sanitary, ventilation, air-conditioning, electrical and telecommunication works, finishing works, fixed sauna equipment, as-built documentation, site clearance and restoration. The bid is evaluated on price and warranty. The bidder must provide financial capacity of at least PLN 500,000, evidence of at least two similar works worth at least PLN 1.5 million gross each in the last 5 years, a bid security of PLN 20,000, and a minimum warranty of 36 months.
