Adaptation of the preschool unit to the applicable fire protection requirements - Bolków, Bolka Street 8c

Summary

This is a construction works contract to adapt a preschool unit to current fire protection requirements at Bolków, ul. Bolka 8c. The works include smoke detectors, evacuation signage, a fire alarm system, stairwell smoke extraction, fire doors, self-closing devices, emergency lighting, hydrant replacement, wall reinforcement, electrical switchboard modifications and updating the fire safety instruction. Bids may be submitted only electronically, in Polish, and the works are to be carried out after preschool hours, mainly on weekends and public holidays. The only award criterion is price. The bidder must show at least PLN 200,000.00 in financial capacity or creditworthiness, have the required site and electrical managers, and prove experience with at least two similar fire-safety adaptation works worth at least PLN 200,000.00 each.
