Roof modernization at the OSP building in Łanięta

Summary

The tender concerns construction works to modernize the roof of the OSP building in Łanięta. The works include replacing the roof covering and adding insulation on the operational part and the community room part, as well as demolition, installation, chimney-related works and thermal insulation. The contractor must also secure and mark the site, protect the building from rainwater during the works, and clean up the site after completion. To participate, the bidder must have a suitably qualified construction manager and prove experience with at least one comparable construction project worth at least PLN 200,000 gross. The offer must be submitted electronically, in Polish, and the bidder must provide the required declarations and any applicable powers of attorney or resource commitments.
