The tender concerns the supply of an IT environment for testing intelligent control and supervision systems that integrate renewable energy sources and energy storage. The contracting authority wants a laboratory microgrid management environment based on brand-new hardware and software, to integrate its existing equipment and build a manageable microgrid. The contract is to be delivered to Wrocław within 5 months. The award criterion is price only. There are no lot divisions, no bid security and no performance bond. The bidder must submit the tender form, the required statement, any power of attorney if applicable, and a technical specification proving compliance with Annex 3.
