Modernisation of specialist workshops for students of the Energy School Complex in Gdańsk, Reja 25, under the Gdańsk City of Professionals project – Stage II

Summary

This is a construction works contract for the modernisation and renovation of specialist workshops on the first floor of the north wing of the Energy School Complex in Gdańsk, Reja 25. The works include demolition and dismantling, building works, sanitary works, electrical works, ICT cabling and related works. The bidder must submit the offer electronically, provide the required declarations and evidence, lodge a bid bond of PLN 18,000, and meet the experience and key staff requirements. The contract duration is 98 days, and the price is not the only award criterion because quality and warranty extension are also evaluated.
