Summary

The tender concerns current maintenance of road horizontal markings in Bielsko-Biała in 2026–2027. The work includes thin-layer, thick-layer thermoplastic and chemically hardened markings, reflective road studs, removal of unnecessary markings, and markings for stairs and pedestrian crossings, including tactile warning studs and resin paint with quartz sand. The contract is a works contract, not divided into lots. Bidders must submit tenders electronically, provide a bid security of PLN 10,000, and later the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross offered price. The main participation requirement is proven experience: at least one similar contract in the last 5 years, worth at least PLN 250,000 gross and lasting at least 6 months.
