Preparation of design documentation – Round II

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of design documentation for five separate tasks in Susz and Michałowo, including road, sidewalk, drainage, water supply, sanitary sewer and street lighting designs, as well as cost estimates, bills of quantities and technical specifications. The contractor must also obtain the necessary approvals and, where required, a building permit or a no-objection notification. The contract is divided into 5 lots, and bids may be submitted for all lots. Award criteria are price, warranty period and the number of additional cost estimate updates.
