Summary

The contract concerns a comprehensive modernisation of rooms in the changing-room annex building of the Municipal Stadium at Dworcowa 28 in Knurów, including new electrical, water and sewage, ventilation and air-conditioning installations, demolition and preparatory works, internal fit-out, doors, railings and equipment. The work must be completed within 120 days from contract signing. The award criteria are price (60%) and warranty period (40%), with a minimum warranty of 36 months. The bidder must have civil liability insurance of at least PLN 2,000,000, relevant construction experience, and a team including a site manager, electrical works manager and sanitary works manager with the required licences and experience. A bid security of PLN 30,000 and a performance security of 5% of the gross contract price are required.
