Summary

The tender concerns construction works in two parts. Part I covers the reconstruction of a building into municipal flats, including structural, sanitary and electrical works, as well as the supply of 6 free-standing electric cookers. Part II covers site development, including a beach volleyball court, small architecture elements, educational outdoor facilities, greenery development, land reclamation and rainwater management. The bidder must submit the required declarations and forms, and for each part must meet the experience and staffing requirements set out in the tender documents.
