Modernisation of Building A of the Faculty of Mechanical Technology in Gliwice, Towarowa 7

Summary

This is a construction works contract for the modernisation of Building A of the Faculty of Mechanical Technology in Gliwice at Towarowa 7. The works include, among others, a new attic partition with fire doors, staircase modernisation, floor replacement, upgrades to heating, water and sewage, electrical and LAN installations, air conditioning in selected rooms, window and door replacement, lightweight HPL partitions, toilet reconstruction, preparatory works and painting. The contract lasts up to 6 months. The award criteria are price (60%) and guarantee (40%). The bidder must meet experience and staffing requirements, submit the required declarations and evidence, and provide a performance bond.
