Summary

The tender concerns design and construction works for the modernization of the gatehouse building at the main entrance of SP ZOZ in Łapy, Korczaka Street 23. The contract is a design-and-build project. The contractor must prepare design documentation and then carry out the works, including replacement of windows, sills and doors, refurbishment of floors, ceilings and walls, changes to room layout, installation of equipment, modernization of electrical and sanitary systems, strengthening of wall cracks, new façade insulation, roof insulation and repair of the entrance platform.
