Construction of a marina in Małdyty with development of the shoreline area

Summary

The tender concerns demolition of the existing quay, construction of a new 62 m quay on an anchored steel sheet pile wall, and cleaning of the waterway in Małdyty. The contract is for construction works, to be performed within 14 months from signing the contract and no later than 30 November 2027. The only award criterion is price, but the bidder must also offer at least a 60-month warranty. The bidder must meet the exclusion grounds and qualification requirements, including relevant construction experience, a qualified works manager/site manager, bid security of PLN 33,000, and a performance bond before contract signing.
