The tender concerns comprehensive energy modernisation works for multi-family residential buildings in Katowice. The contractor will need to carry out insulation, roof and staircase works, basement and balcony repairs, fencing and external works, modernization of water, sewage, heating, gas, ventilation and electrical systems, and installation of photovoltaic panels.
